At Prestwick golf course in Myrtle Beach, P.B. Dye has crafted a links-style masterpiece reminiscent of Dye designs. Over 1.3 million cubic yards of earth were moved in sculpting dune-like berms, stairway bunkers, and bulkhead-protected greens.
A dense pine forest, sandy waste areas, and meandering streams and lakes frame the generous landing areas afforded the player from any of the six sets of tees. A good test of your skills, this course is known for its excellent conditions and some of the fastest greens in Myrtle Beach. You'll also love the elegant clubhouse which overlooks a scenic lake.

Course is in great shape now. Rough is starting to green up. It is dry so the ball does roll a lot. Greens were fast.
Not in great shape and a typical Pete Dye course. No need to repeat for awhile.
Another great outing at Prestwick. Great greens, lightning quick. The course sets up great for our group of low to high handicappers. There are par 4s that range from over 400 yrs to under 300. You will hit every club in your bag and I doubt you play any better holes on the grand strand than the 9th.
Did not like this course. Too many tricks and greens were too undulating. We were waiting for the windmill or clown to appear on some of the greens. Not a fair course for the average golfer
Prestwick Country Club has entered into a marketing agreement with Burroughs and Chapin. This great layout creates many exciting opportunities to be included with the other nine B&C courses.
