Come tame Lion's Paw Golf Course, widely regarded as the finest work Willard Byrd has done. It's hard to describe the excitement of approaching the first tee to conquer this masterful layout. A magnificent course, Lion's Paw combines a wild and untamed feel with quiet and rustic surroundings. Breathtaking scenery and adventure is the name of the game. Come see why this course was awarded "Best in the Myrtle Beach area" in 1997 by Golf Digest.

The Valentine’s Day Massacre at the Dye Club once again lived up to its reputation. Check out my first hand look as a player.
fair course greens rolled nicely pro shop staff was outstanding would play again
Enjoyed this course. Will play again during our next visit.
Course was very wet and had to do cart paths only. It's apparent that they have had a lot of rain as the fairways were soggy and eliminated all roll.Clubhouse waitstaff service was poor. Not very friendly and very slow
Great course however drainage was a problem and we had to use cart path only
Had a great round. The course was in geeat shape and everyone working there made it an enjoyable day.
worse of the cats but a good opening day course, starting to wear a little on the edges, played on oct. 24, 2013
Not bad for a middle scale course. The group felt a little hurried by the constant, but very kind reference to pace of play. The group did finish within the 4.25 hour requirement

Played the course on Oct 24,2012. Took 5+ hours and probably spent 1 hour looking for golf balls in the rough. The ball would settle down in the bermuda grass and were real hard to find you often had to be right above the ball to see it. Course was very good and a challange.
We played this course years ago right after heavy rains each time. This week we finally played it in good conditions and it did not let us down. Very nice course.
my least favorite of all the Cats
Nice course to play with the guys, would not play again with golfers who are either not experienced or are picking their ball up to avoid slow play. Facilities are beautiful, rangers are nice - play was good pace no waiting and skilled golfers about that understood how to play the correct pace of the game. Will be on my list of 'will play again'.
