If it’s relaxation you are after, then THESE are the Myrtle Beach golf courses you need to check out. The most quiet and peaceful courses in the area.
The Valentine’s Day Massacre at the Dye Club once again lived up to its reputation. Check out my first hand look as a player.
Played course yesterday. This is a great beginning course. Not overly hard, but golfers will still find a challenge and fun to play. From tee to green this course was in great shape. I always enjoy playing here and keep on playing when I come down.
Great course it was the first course I played in the MB area back in 1975,and have played it every year since. Nice people, nice course, nice time. Looking forward to this nov. 5th 2012 to play it again.
Beachwood is a great course to build your confidence to get ready to go on some of the more difficult Myrtle Beach courses. I travel to Myrtle Beach 4 times a year and always make sure that I play 2 or 3 rounds here. The greens have improved over the years and fairway lies are always pretty good. I would class this as a good 'club' course that can be played by beginners or low handicappers and still come off the course feeling that they have had a challenge. The atmosphere at the club is very relaxed and having played there for 5 years I have noticed that there are improvements that they are making. Arrive a little early as it is also a good place for improving your game or having a warm up on the excellent driving range or putting greens. They are very welcoming for singles, beginners or mixed ability groups and because of the style of the course this doesn't seem to cause slow rounds. For the price I would recommend as a must play for anyone staying in North Myrtle Beach.
